    4.  Multiple pictures, virtual tours and a detailed description of your home will be available to buyers.

    5. All inquries regarding your property are directed to me within seconds of the online request. 

    6. Buyers and their Realtors are welcomed to call or email me directly.

    7. Your home will be placed on a minimum of 4 MLS systems reaching 1000's of Realtors working with buyers

    8. Local Realtors will be personally introduced to your property by a email from me giving them all the details of your property.
